Here at SUPStick, it’s our mission to ensure you love your SUPStick as much as we do. Here are a few things we do to ensure your experience is a great one:
If you received a SUPStick broken in transit or with manufacturing defects, please email us at info@thesupstick.com and we will provide you with a shipping label to return the damaged item. We will then replace your SUPStick, free of charge. We also know how inconvenient it can be to receive a product and send it back, so let us make it up to you with a discount on your file for future purchases. Trust us - you’ll use it! SUPSticks are both functional and fun for the whole family!
Additionally, if your SUPStick breaks within the first year of ownership, email us and we will send you a shipping label for replacement. There are a few important items to note: the paddle must have been broken in standard use, and the correct size must have been ordered. If a person purchases a SUPStick smaller than can support their weight, the item could be damaged and may be unavailable for replacement. Please refer to our FAQ section for appropriate sizes for you, and if in doubt - size up!
There is also a post-one year repair warranty on parts. If a component breaks after your first year of ownership, we are pleased to assist in replacing the items in need of repair. Reach out to us at info@thesupstick.com and ship us your SUPStick. Shipping and component charges will apply, and we will do our best to get you back to your SUPStick in no time. If your SUPStick is not functioning like its former glory, we would be happy to replace any worn-out parts at no charge.
